An important web-based institutional meeting was held on 10 April between the President of the Italian-Cypriot Chamber of Commerce Giuseppe Marino togheter with Vice President Federico Franchina and the Deputy Ministry of Shipping of the Republic of Cyprus Natasa Pilides aimed to discuss business continuity and post COVID 2019 perspectives.
During the meeting the impact of the health emergency was discussed both on the current activities of the Deputy Ministry who continues to guarantee all services according to the highest standards and also on the progress of the activities
in progress, including the forthcoming start of the tender procedures relating to the establishment of a Ro Ro connection service with Greece, the start of which is scheduled for summer 2021.
