Massimiliano Masti
Massimiliano Masti, born in Rome on 05/08/1968, after graduating in Economics and Commerce from the University of Rome La Sapienza in March 1994, carried out the internship period at the Studio Massimi in Rome.
He began practicing the profession of Chartered Accountant with registration in the Register of Chartered Accountants of Rome and that of the Auditors. (December 1995)
Following a first experience of collaboration with the study of Prof. Fulvio Ricci in Rome, in 1998 he founded his first Professional Association of Chartered Accountants in Rome in Via Simone de Saint Bon 61.
He was the founder of the Associate Firm “Consulenti Associati – Avvocati & Dottori Commercialisti”, based in Rome in Via Archimede, 207. As Partner of the firm he has usually assisted companies in preparing economic and financial plans in the context of development projects and / or corporate reorganizations.
During his professional career, Massimiliano Masti has gained significant experience in auditing, accounting and tax due diligence and extraordinary operations.
He was also the founder, in May 2002, of IRECCO Srl – Italian Auditing and Accounting Certifications, auditing firm registered in the Register of Auditors.
He is registered with the Court of Rome as an expert technical consultant for companies and corporate accounting.
He holds and has held corporate positions in prestigious national and international companies as Sole Director, Member of the Board of Directors and Member of the Board of Statutory Auditors.
He currently works as a counsel with consultancy firms and national and international professional firms as an expert assessor, statutory auditor, certifier of the composition with creditors plans and sworn relations pursuant to art. 160 et seq L. F ., and carries out various tasks as Technical Consultant of the Court of Rome.
